The Peninsula Rail Link is a 2-stage project that aims to drastically improve public transport all over the peninsula, and make it easier to use and access.

Patronage data used to determine feasibility of various aspects of the project are sourced from the 2016 Census (2021's Census data was skipped because Victoria was in COVID lockdown at the time, skewing the data way too much to be viable).
